| Horizon Research Consultants,Inc. Located in Morgantown, West Virginia, is a multifaceted anthropological, archeological, and cultural resource management firm with over 18 years of experience within the industry. We focus on providing consulting services for private and public agencies to aid them in complying with federal and state statutes related to historic preservation, and cultural resource management, commonly termed the section 106 process. We provide our clients with appropriate recommendations to comply with relevant federal and state laws. Horizon has completed surveys of project areas ranging from small water tank sites to excavation and relocation of a cemetery. Our cultural resource management projects include historic resource studies, historic archeology, prehistoric archeology and the analysis of our findings that relate their significance to our local, state, and national history and heritage.
