November 15, 1999 - ENI Expands Management Team.
Following its relocation to the Boston area, Environmental Network International, Inc. (ENI) has expanded its management team. Jay Fredkin, formerly Vice President of Sales and Marketing at National Technical Systems, Calabasas, CA, has been hired as President/ CEO. Tully Ryan, founder, becomes Vice President. Victor Briabrin, formerly head of software development at the Academy of Sciences in Russia, and later Project Manager at the International Atomic Energy Agency, is ENI’s new Senior System Architect. Richard Hamlen, formerly with Motorola Cellular and earlier with Dun & Bradstreet, has been hired as Manager of Vendor Services.

November 1, 1999 - ENI Moves Headquarters to the Boston area.
Environmental Network International, Inc. (ENI) has relocated its headquarters to Newton, MA. The company’s move, formerly headquartered in Raleigh, NC, brings ENI close to its investors, and will facilitate its plans to ramp up operations.

June 10, 1999 - CH2MHILL Announces Roll-out of ENI/CH2MHILL Co-branded Platform
“CH2MHILL is pleased to announce the roll out of the CH2MHILL on-line procurement platform. The procurement platform program is designed by Environmental Network International, Inc. (ENI) (
http://www.eni-net.com/) and is extranet based. The program will connect CH2MHILL’s Procurement Professionals and Project Managers with the sellers of environmental services, supplies, and equipment. CH2MHILL Procurement Professional and Project Managers can use ENI’s on-line system to identify qualified vendors for the project and then e-mail the vendor the Request for Proposal (RFP), thus eliminating many telephone calls, mailing, and faxing of the RFPs.”

April 1, 1999 – Earth Tech Announces Implementation of ENI/Earth Tech Platform
“Effective April 1, 1999 Earth Tech will be utilizing a co-branded on-line procurement platform provided by Environmental Network International, Inc. (
